OUR FACILITIES
Tegrel Ltd are proud of the fact that almost everything is produced in-house. We currently operate two premises totalling 33,000 ft2 in Blaydon Newcastle and are perfectly located beside the A1(M). Working with Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminium in addition to specialist materials where required, we offer the highest quality of design, manufacture and finish.
The latest the latest manufacturing methods, modern machinery and a well trained workforce ensure Tegrel Ltd remain capable of any electrical or mechanical engineering fabrication. Although the mainstay of the business has historically been sheetmetal work, more recently heavier gauge materials have successfully been introduced to the product portfolio.
Our on-site equipment includes :-
- 1x Amada 4m guillotine capable of up to 10mm Mild Steel (6mm Stainless Steel)
- 1x LDV 4m guillotine
- 3x Amada Arcade turret punches
- 1x Amada 4m 170t press brake
- 1x Morgan & Rushworth 3m 120t press brake
- 1x Flow waterjet cutting machine
- MIG and TIG welding Facilities
We also have an in-house Paint facilities with 6 paint booths, 4 Stoving Ovens (Max Capacity 10m x 2.5m x 4.0m) Almost all painting is powder coating although wet systems can be offered, and the Tegrel Paint System can be guaranteed for 15 years subject to an agreed maintenance program.
Tegrel Ltd's fleet of specialist vehicles in conjunction with excellent relationships with local and national hauliers ensure that wherever you are in the country and whatever the size or shape of your product, it will arrive on time in excellent condition.
